Someone once said ‘Find a job you love and you will never work again’. This is something that I have often heard colleagues at the Trust say. I believe this is because they can see that the work they do changes lives, even if only in small ways, and they know that the people they support are thriving. I appreciate that my opening statement may not apply to everyone who works for the Trust, but we do support a wide range of people who will certainly provide you with the best possible opportunity to come to love what you do and to make you feel that you can make a difference to peoples’ lives. It doesn’t matter what you have done before, what matters is what you want to do in the future.
